Error 403421 occurred at Python Integration Toolkit.lvlib:New Session.vi

I am trying to run basic math.vi using python integration toolkit but unable to run it because of the a/m error.Kindly see the snapshots.I have installed Anaconda and the latest python version 3.8.1.

Try using python 3.6.
