Error 5001 occurred at ANT+

Hi, I'm a student and I'm trying to undertand how to interface the USBANT-m with the Bike cadence sensor. To then go to visualize the data collected by the sensor on LabVIEW.

However the program to test give me an error.

"Error -1073807246 occurred at VISA Open in ANT+ Toolkit.lvlib:VISA USB.vi->ANT+ 1.vi"

Can anyone give me a hand please?

This error can indicate that another program has control over the serial port that LabVIEW is trying to use. Check out this KnowledgeBase article for some troubleshooting steps on this error.

Are you using the supplied examples or did you create your own program?

Did you follow the guide in how to install the ANTUSB dongle?

Let me know if you have any more issues, I assume it is our toolkit that you are using...

I'm usig the ANT+ Toolkit By iNU Solutions and I have used the supplied examples.

I have followed the guide for ANTUSB-m Driver Installation, but I always have the same problem.

I don't know how to solve the problem.

Did you try the knowledge base article mentioned above by Melanie?

The examples have been well tested and are based on programs in use, so they should be ok.

Can you post a screen shot of the block diagram? Or can you post the code you are using?
