This error indicated that you are having connectivity issues with your USB connection.  This could be a bad USB port or something else.  If you are going through a USB hub I would suggest you connect directly to the computer as hubs provide inconsistent power sometimes.  I would also read the following Knowledgebase article about this error.

Tried the suggested restoration solution.
After resetting, it passed the self test. And then when I started to run the program of a virtual power supply. It started again. Error 50405 message is popped out.
And then I went to check whether self test is OK. It give the error of 200020.

Thanks.

Can you try your restore again and run a Test Panel in MAX, just to elimnate your software code as a possible issue.

If you are still receiving this error, do you have another computer you could try this in to eliminate the possibility that there is an issue with your USB power supply.  Using another 6211 on the same computer could also help with this step.

Is there anything else plugged into your USB ports (besides mouse and keyboard) on the computer?
