I got this error on my sbRIO. After 4 seconds, my real time program timeout and not able to connect.

The sbRIO is powered by 19V 500mA. Probably this affect the sbRIO?

The FPGA compilation is slower than usual compared to when I use a power switching regulator

Have you try look at the article mention in the error code?

You have mention that it is slower than when you use the power switch. Did you do any modification to your code before changing to the new supply?

I managed to fix it with using a more power LiPo battery. Apparently i think it was power supply issue
