I have a PXIe-5413 2-channel Function Generator that, when initialized, gives error -63192. Same error in instrument studio. This happened after upgrading the LabVIEW runtime from 2020 to 2021. The device was working before. This help page tells me to rename the device in MAX, but that didn't solve it. I've tried to reinstall the runtime. And to install the complete FGEN drivers, not just the runtime. In NI MAX, the self-test completes succesfully.
The only strange things that I noticed between this PC and another PC with a different PXIe-5413 device is the difference in icons in MAX (the problem is on the system on the right):
There is some problem with a driver I guess, but I'm not able to figure out what. The device is supported in the 2021 driver version.

Hello. Do you use a PXI controller or MXI connection? Can you check LabVIEW and LabVIEW Runtime versions? They should be the same. If everything is correct, check the FPGA module.

Thank you for replying. It is a PXI chassis connected with MXI to the computer with a PCI -> MXI board. Only LabVIEW runtime is installed.
The problem was quite urgent, so in the end we decided to reinstall Windows and reinstall the LabVIEW runtime. This solved the problem.
It makes me think there was some driver issue, even though I tried to clean all software related to NI, all the registry entries etc.
