The best way to troubleshoot that problem is to run one of the Labview shipping examples, with the same number of channels you have on your application.
IF everything goes weel, then start to change some of the acquisition parameters, such as the Sample rate and number of points to retrieve at a time.
Other than that, the only thing I can think of is a hardware failure.
