Thanks for the detailed information, the problem got solved after clearing the c drive memory. As you said it was not getting contiguous block of memory.
But I need to repeat the sampling for many times, so I am trying to automate but since i do not have so much block of memory i am getting the memory issue. For that while i do manually i close LabView and reopen and works fine. Since I am automating is there a way to clear or reset LabView buffer or anything before every iteration.
