Error "datamgr.cpp" on line 2664.

Hello All,

I have a VI that runs fine in LabView8.6.

But, when I put it in Teststand as a step, Teststand tries to open LabView in order to read the VI, and it keeps crashing with the following error:

Error "datamgr.cpp" on line 2664.

I have already tried the page for checking internal error, it turned up empty.

I have already tried the Mass Compile too, didn't help.

Hi Bladhart,

are you getting problems with just this VI, or other VI's as well?  If it is just this VI, are you using the report generation or any other toolkits?  The reason I ask is that in LabVIEW 8.6, the report generation VIs were rewritten using Object oriented programming, and TestStand can have problems with these VIs.  This issue has been reported to R&D and will hopefully be fixed in a future version of TestStand. If this does not sound like the problem, let me know a little more detail about your VI and I'd be happy to help!  Also, you may want to consider reposting this on theTestStand forum as the issue relates to bothLabVIEW andTestStand.

I still don't know what is wrong, or how I fixed it.

I just changed something in the VI to expand its functions, and it stopped having the problem.Smiley Indifferent
