Error while opening labview 2016

first some simple things:

• Did you reboot after installing?
• Are you running any unusual security software?
• Did you only install plain LabVIEW or any other parts (drivers, modules, toolkits).
• ...

1- i rebooted after installation.

2- Not running any unusual security software

3- i also installed DSC Module with labview.
