Excel_Save_Workbook.vi Error

I runned this Vi normolly in on a computer with windows 7, labview 2016(32-bit) and Microsoft Office 2013(32-bit).

And now I am running this on a computer with windows 10, labview 2016(32-bit) and Microsoft Office 2019(64-bit).

The error: "Invoke Node: Contains unwired or bad terminal".

 What's the problem?

The "problem" is that Microsoft keeps making changes to Office and doesn't provide tools for companies that use their technology (like NI) to detect and "self-patch" their links into, say, Excel.

This problem has been addressed numerous (I'm guessing at least a dozen) times on this Forum.  Here are two ways for you to get more help:

  • Search the Forum yourself to find the earlier reports, along with the solutions.
  • Learn that when you have a LabVIEW problem, attaching the LabVIEW code that produces the faulty behavior is a tremendous help in allowing us to findexplain, and fix the problem!
