Executable version (7.1.1) doesn't match resource file (7.1).

In LabVIEW 7.1, I built an application and an installer. After installing it, I attempted to run the program and got this message:

Executable version (7.1.1) doesn't match resource file (7.1).

I have never installed 7.1.1 and don't want to. How do I work around this bug?
