Hi, I am using Elvis iii board to collect data. And I am using the Oscilloscope VI. How can I save the analog waveforms to file?

I suggest to use file functions for saving to a file.
There are also file functions in the waveform functions palette…

Hi, GerdW,
Thanks for replying. These are the functions I use. The program runs without problem. But without any data exporting out.

Are you sure there is no data exported? Do you get any errors after those file functions?
Did you check for files in the right place?
I never worked with those ELVIS hardware but from your image I guess they are very similar to cRIO devices: this hardware is a "computer of its own" (aka embedded hardware), using its own file system! The path "/C/User/…" is NOT located on your PC's harddrive, it's located in that realtime hardware…
I guess the ELVIS hardware comes with its own module, like the cRIO needs the RT module. And I also guess that module comes with example VIs, explaining how to transfer data from ELVIS to your local PC!

Thanks, GerdW. The elvis iii board saves data on itself, not on my computer.
