(FFT) #harmonics of valve acceleration in dependance on steer angle

Hello everybody,
In my program I have data of valve acceleration in dependance on steer angle of half-time shaft (sorry maybe using bad english terminology). I Simply have angle (not time) and acceleration. I've to see all harmonics (amplitudes) of this signal. I know the correct result from other program (FAMULUS).

At first I tried "harmonic destortion analyzer" to obtain harmonics, but it was far from the correct result. Then I started the process of "trial and error" and I succeeded . Problem is that I don't understand, how is that possible. I used express vi "Spectral measurements" with NO WINDOW and MAGNITUDE(peak). I thought this can produce only continuous spectrum, not # harmonics.... Are this really harmonics?

I used other VI as well, it computes same shape but with different amplitudes...

As you maybe realised I don't understand FFT and the things around very well.
Thanks all

Are you trying to relate instantaneous valve acceleration to camshaft angular position?
Are you trying to do this over a range of camshaft speeds as well?

I got too many hits were returned by Goolge to make sense of the reference FAMULUS.
