About the CTS and RTS what I want to learn is how to set  CTS at "1" for a certain period of time and in the same time have RTS at 0.

I gave a look at the property but probably I'm doing a mistake somewhere but I'm not able to access to the RTS/CTS. I went here:

Serial Settings-->Modem Line settings -->Line CTS state (for example) but It is available only in the read status I can't change it into the write.

You are not supposed to be able to change to write. It's a handshake line and is set by the remote instrument. You don't set any of the handshake lines manually in a typical communication session. That is why this whole thread seems a waste of time.

yep I checked on the NI guide and seems that I'm only able to change the RTS and DTS status.
