Failled to recognize the Signal Recovery 7270 Lock-in Amplifier

Hello friends:

We have met a problem when connecting to the Lock-in Amplifier with usb line.(usb driver has been instored)

At first, the vi works well:after using NI MAX to recognize the Lock-in Amplifier, the vi can control Lock-in Amplifier successfully.

Then we use a usb-hub in connection and broblem happened. The lock-in amplifier is recognized as a usb drive(as picture showed bellow). While NI MAX recognizition is OK(),the vi's VISA session and Insttument Descriptor can not find the VISA resource name correctly(),so the data in Lock-in Amplifier Reader is always 0.We change back to the usb line used first, but the problem happens again.

Appreciate it very much for your help.

Hello,

As I have some uninstalled drivers I can't see Your whole code,

But I know that NI recommends against using USB hubs, as their specifications are very different. There are power and throughput limitations for each bus that are unknown. Even if the device appears to be functioning, the hub could lose data packets, which is out of the device's control.

May I know did You use bus-powered hub or self-powered hub?

Have You tried to rebuilt Your code?
