Fast sampling without losing data (DAQmx)

I just ran the VI with "Samples to Read" set to 1. It ran fine for me. I was seeing different readings for each iteration of the loop. In fact, I read values from a thermistor and was able to see "Pulse" indicator increase as the value passed the threshold.

Can you confirm that values on your physical channels are changing?

It is now working well. The problem before is that the value in the shift register is always the same as the present value. I have changed the program to avoid that and still don't know what was wrong. Thanks to you all
