Feature "labview" (in license file ) has a problem. Cannot find SERVER hostname in network database ("WinSock: Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)")

I did uninstall both versions that I had of Labview and now I installed first the older version, 6.1; however it still is displaying me the next message when I'm trying to open it:

Feature "labview" (in license file ) has a problem. Cannot find SERVER hostname in network database ("WinSock: Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)"

 

What does it mean? Is there something wrong with the license? What do I need to do next?
