Few Questions On updating from 8.0 to 8.5.1

Hello All,

I am updating from 8.0 to 8.5.1 and having some questions:

1. the drivers i've installed in 8.0, I'd assume that they need to be installed again in 8.5.1 version correct? Do I simply install these NI drivers again from the 8.5.1 disk? Is there anything I need to watch out for?

2. Will 8.0 be automatically deleted after installing 8.0 or do i need to manually remove it? 

3. after updating to 8.5.1, I should not expect many difficulties in running the VIs I created in 8.0 right?

1. Yes. No problem should occur

2.No . I suggest you will not remove it at all, in case you need it. Just don't use it.

3. No. But you never know. So i suggest you keep version 8 too

Thank you pnt. and ya, i just read about keeping different versions of labview on one computer. That definitely helps a lot in case 8.5.1 somehow doesn't work out.
