Does rightclicking on the subvi and choosing "Relink to subvi" solve the problem?

 Could you able to relink the subvi?That subvi is present in your mathematics pallette and again go to integration and differentiation pallette...

First please dont attach docs. You can very well attach png or jpg and will save time saving and opening them. Did you tweak with the subvi/& save it in a different location?

While rewiring the subVI there is missmatch of data type. How to change subVI's initial and final condition terminal's data type to 1D arry?

Can you attach vi? You can use a reshape array if you want.
