Firefly MV FFMV-03M2C camera not recognized in labview

Not able to see the camera in the vision acquision module. I have a Firefly MV FFMV-03M2C camera and it is showing its as cam0: Axis IP Camera (#000000408C6F1418) in the vision acquision express. My camera is not detected. Can anyone help me how to make my device to be integrated in the labview.

My environment is windows 7 64bit. Labview 2011 service pack1

What version of IMAQdx do you have installed? Does the camera show up in Windows Device Manager?

Hi DylanC,

The camera is not showing up in the device manager. I have the latest labview. i have got a CD with the camera which has a UI for operational purpose. And a hardware part(camera port into system) is included along with the camera which is installed in to the machine. Do you think is that any driver issue??

Hi vihaari,

If the camera does not show up in the Windows Device Manager you are most likely missing the drivers. I would go here:  http://www.ptgrey.com/support/downloads/downloads_admin/index.aspx

and see if you can find the correct drivers/software for the camera. Once the camera is detected in WDM it will then show up in MAX under IMAQdx Devices.
