Flatten to XML error

Is there a limitation with the length of the string when using the Flatten to XML function in LabVIEW (using 2019 on Win 10). When the length of one of the class member fields is >255, LabVIEW stops with the following error message:

Any inputs?

Thanks

I think it's an xml limitation.

Hi Bill

Thanks for the response. I could, however, not find any documentation that specifically mentions this limit.
If you know of something specific, could you please point it out. Will keep trying on my end as well.

My input was as invalid as your input error.  I re-read what I saw and it was talking about datatypes, and I got confused about characters, chars, bytes and lengths.

Hi,

Sorry, did not understand what you meant by this:

"My input was as invalid as your input error."

So it does not seem to be an XML limitation?

Thanks

It was my way of saying that I was wrong.  😄
