Fluke fl9500B IVI Instrument Driver downloading problem

I can't download the IVI Instrument Driver. Alghough upgrade the navigator, but still fail.

win10 system, always fail to download.I

The yellow box at the very bottom says that you need to use NI Package Manager to download it.

I don't know why that is the case, especially since it seems like the web page gives you the ability to start a download process through it.  But that is what it says.

Have you tried looking for that driver through NI Package Manager?

I don't know what you mean by "upgrade the navigator".  What is the "navigator"?

Do you think the fact that the OP is using LabVIEW NXG, for which Fluke probably does not make a plug-in, could be part of the problem?

I think "NXG" means "Not eXactly G".  Developing your application in LabVIEW will probably be more likely to succeed, particularly if you do not run LabVIEW 2019 (which seems really solidly "stuck" on using NIPM).

I upgraded the browser and installed NI Package Manager, but useless. You mean I need to use NI Package Manager to download Fluke 9500b IVI driver.

Labview version: 2018

1. Strangly, I download the 'Fluke fl9500b IVI driver' in another computer, windows 7, in the same way. I copyed it to my computer, win10. 

2. I set up the Fluke fl9500b IVI driver, it shows warning 'NI fl9500b IVI Driver: IVI Compliance Package Not Detected'.

3. I installed IVI Compliance Page. 

4. I repeated step 2, installing Fluke fl9500b IVI driver, the warning remains,'NI fl9500b IVI Driver: IVI Compliance Package Not Detected'.

5. Reinstall  IVI Compliance Package. But can't install successully.
