i want to read an Electrocardiogram from MAX232 through the serialport using LabView. I will be glad if you have a sample code.

Go to Help>Find Examples and do a search for 'serial'. You will find a basic and advanced example. I would recomend you first test the serial connection with a program such as Hyperterminal. You can also search the boards for 'serial' or 'RS-232' and find thousands of posts/example code.

The MAX232 is just a dumb level translator. If you are using a commercial medical equipment with RS232 output, you should not use this circuit at all. If you do not give a brief explanation of what you have done so far and where you struggle, we can not help you. Start with posting some code.  Also do not expect that someone will post a turnkey ready application for you
