Fpga I2C

Hi I'd like to implement I2C on sbRIO 9636 to communicate with DS-GPM.S. I did some work, but no "look", sometimes the FPGA board is reading different values from the GPS module. There I send a "dummy" NMEA data outside to the third party maps software so don't pay attention to that. If any ideas where is my mistake and how to correct them, I will be grateful. Thanks a  lot.
