Hi evryone. I am new in using labview and I'm having a problem with the NI 6009. When I try to generat a square signal in the analogique output of the ni 6009, the system tell me that there's a error and I need to use a buffer and I dont how this buffer works and how to use it, so please help me.

Hi Noah,
what have you tried, what is the exact error number and message, which sample rates are you trying to use?
You know the cheap USB 6008/9 devices don't support hardware timed outputs!?
generat a square signal in the analogique output
The output signal is also "square" when you switch between two voltage level every second…

I do the exact same steps in this video but when i start the execution the system tell me that there's a error in the sumples and befor that ther's a note that says if I want to generat a signal a need to use a buffer.

So could you please tell me if there is a good solution so I can generat a pwm signal using ni6009.
