Giving Microseconds Delay using myRIO - IR remote control

I'm trying to trigger an IR Led to control the Air-conditioning in my room. There is an option called microseconddelay present in arduino but from whatever i have seen, i can't do this on the LabVIEW and program the myRIO to send these delays to the IR. I'm confused, how do i trigger the IR transmitter on and off based on microsecond delays using myRIO. Im using a Core i5, windows 7. I'm a beginner.
