dose anyone have a vi to Screen Capture from TDS754D, I can't found the programming maunal of TDS754D form tektronix now.

Google brought it right up: https://www.tek.com/manual/tds-family-programmer-manual

Start looking on page 160 (2-146) for the HARDCopy command.  It looks to be the same as the TDS3000 series, which I previously gave a link to my solution for.
