Hardware for reading sms

Can anyone give me a list of hardawares that I can use to create, send, receive and read an sms.

I'm planning to create a VI that can do the above actions, but I don't know what to use.

You need a GSM modem.

Try searching for it on a search engine and you'll find a lot of models/producer.
