What is the cheapest hardware  implementation a fuzzy pid using labview (including add-ons) with a budget of $400.

I want to achieve a real-time condition monitoring of an single phase induction motor (a PLC or Microcontroller are possible hardwares to be used).

What is the cheapest NI hardware to use in data aquisition that falls within the above stated budget,or slightly above it.

I am still pretty new to labview hardwares.

just call your local NI representative when you need advice, which hardware to buy.

They can also help with discounts (when applicable like for universities/students)...
