Having problems while translating(.mdl) simulink file into (.vi) Labview file..?

nd hi to all

my problem is that iam using MAtlab version 7.9(R2009b) , i have .m file which runs a simulink model file(.mdl) & in that i have adaptation algoirthm(C source file) , when i try to convert it with the help of simulation model tool kit & SIT connection manger it does not fully translate it.. shows error...

main problem is of adaptation alogirthm file

 i need any other alternative if any one have..

if u have seen my attached diagram u can easily see it that when i have converted it into labview file

it show errors
