No not a bug, that is a plot style.

The bounds was not available in LV 6.1. You are going to have to use a constant to make up the difference.

In this post by Christian you will find code that should let you rotate an image. You can use his code after you get the text but before it is inseeted in the picture. You may want to review some of the other links in that thread. I have been collecting links to picture related threads.
