If you had emblview.exe on your machine, then that means you are running LabVIEW RT, not standard LabVIEW. You will probably want to post this question in the LabVIEW RT Discussion Forums, since someone there will be more likely to have this. However, I would suggest reinstalling LabVIEW RT instead of using someone else's, just in case anything else became corrupt.
