Help Creating component level IP for custom adapter

Hi, I am trying to load my custom IO Module into labview/the FlexRIO FPGA. When I click on the properties of the IO Module, it pops up, but nothing appears under the component level IP. 

The error I am getting are that The selected Component Level IP XML loaded with the following error(s): No IO Module CLIPs Found.

I put all the needed files in the directory and put them in the right path in the xml document. Does anyone know why my custom CLIP isn't popping up?

I would go through each step in the link below and make sure you are meeting the requirements for CLIP and following the correct steps in order.
