Hello, I tried to make this unipolar rectangular signal but I didn't succeed, I leave you the picture with the signal below. Could you please help me with this one? as soon as possible. Thanks.

Show your attempt by attaching your VI where you tried. Then we can help you figure out what went wrong.
Otherwise you are just asking us to your homework for you.

What are n and Te in your program, because you diagram doesn't define them.
Look in the Signal Processing Waveform generation palettes. There are VI's there that generate square waveforms. Open them up and study them. Although some of them might hide the code behind DLL's.
Sit down with a piece of paper and map out the logic. Remember you will also need a shift registers that defines when you are high vs. low, and when that transition last occurred, so you can use your logic to swap the boolean and keep track of the new transition time.

Preafericitul:
Welcome to the LabVIEW Forums. Today you joined and posted two "Please help me with ..." requests that look very much like "Do my LabVIEW Assignment in my Engineering Class for me" questions, one involving generating a square wave signal, the other a more complex "assignment" to implement a single-contour automatic PI adjustment of a control system, testing it with an input step. You even included images from the Assignment (very helpful for us).
You also state "I'm a beginner and labview is just a hobby for me."
You clearly need to learn LabVIEW (note the correct spelling of this acronym). The Forum exists to discuss LabVIEW, to get help with LabVIEW, but not to do obvious "homework" assignments, nor to do "free consulting". If you are taking a class, you need to do your own work, or you are unlikely to learn much. There are links on the first page of the Forum to Tutorial material, as well as numerous references available on the Web to get you started.

yes, it's a college topic that I don't know how to do, that's what I posted to see if anyone can help me do it. I don't make money from it to know if that interests you. And yes, it's a passion that if it wasn't, I wouldn't choose to discover new programs and choose to work in it. I need someone to help me with my homework. No hate plz

Thank you for your honesty. Start by talking with your fellow students in this course, working together with them to "get help with your homework". Have you talked with your Instructor? If he (or she) is not effectively teaching you, have you discussed this situation with your Dean?
The Forum is not a place to come to ask us to do your homework for you. If you are stuck at some place, you can post (all of) your code (so we can see what you have done, and can suggest changes, or point out mistakes and misunderstandings you may have), and we will try to help.
