I am a new LAbview user and I want to program
P(t)=P(t-1)*K
sampling rate is 200 samples per second and K is a constant, P is an nxn matrix.

Are you using LabVIEW Real-Time or regular LabVIEW for Windows? What hardware are you using? What are you sampling? Do you have analog or digital inputs and outputs?
