Hiding control at run-time possible?

Hello,

I have two very similar applications and I would like to use the same front panel for them.
The only thing is that I would have to hide one control at the startup depending of witch application is using the front panel.

Is that possible? I've look the property and invoke node and did not find anything .
I know that I can do it at developing time (right-click -> "hide control").

What you're looking for is the "Visible" property.

Sometimes thins are so obvious that one will not see them

Create a property node ans select the "Visible" property.
Link TRUE to show the control, or FALSE to hide it.

Don't feel bad. As TiTou points out, people often miss things. If I had a nickel for every time I missed something that was right in front of me (and have admitted to several times in these forums) I'd be able to retire rich already.

After more than 4 years doing LabVIEW, I often post questions here and realize from the answers I get that they were silly... But the one who ask silly questions looks stupid for 5 minutes, while the one that doesn't will remain ignorant all his life 😉
