I use LabVIEW on a learn-as-I-need-to-use-it basis. I am currently working on a project that requires me to analyze an image acquired using a NI-1409 board. I need to create a histogram and be able to integrate under a circular area. At the very least I would like to be able to output a tabulated text file that would give me the intensity of each individual pixel so that I can cheat and dump that information into Excel. Can someone point me in the right direction?
You need to create a circular roi, convert it to a mask, and feed that infor into the histogram VI. The histogram VI also has an output called mean which is the integral of the area.
