Honeywell UDC

Does anyone have any experience communicating LabView with a Honeywell
UDC 3300 or similar? I have done serial communication with other
devices, but I am not getting any response from this one.

Is this a protocol problem? If so, have you tried using a Modbus protocol to communicate with the UDC 3300. NI provides a modbus OPC server which works quite well.

I am starting a project using honeywell udc3300's and am interested to know how you made out.

i am also trying to set up a gui for my udc3300 controllers. i sent a query to honeywell and they told me to go to labview, as far as i can tell, i have to communicate using modbus, have you had any luck connecting the device with labview?
