Not exactly sure what you mean by 'recognize'. If you are trying to use the DAQ Assistant, then make sure you have DAQmx installed. You can open MAX and verify that it is installed and active. You can also test the 6024 in MAX to see if it is working.

I will go to explain... I need to do a data colletion, I have a DAQCard - 6024E (16 Inputs/2 Outputs, 200 Ks/s, 12-bit Multifunction I/O), a BCN - 2110, I am using the software Labview to collect. My computer to found the DAQCard, but the Labview sistem don't find the DAQCard or BNC-2110... I don't know.

Your response doesn't help much. How exactly do you mean the 'computer to found the DAQ board'? Is this in the windows device manager or in MAX? It's an important distinction. What, in LabVIEW, exactly are you using that does not find the DAQ board? Is it the DAQ Assistant or some other function you are trying to use? Before you can even think about using LabVIEW with a DAQ board, the correct software has to be installed and MAX has to recognize it. Is MAX (Measurement & Automation Explorer) even installed on your pc?

 Hi x1xbbb2,

Here's what I understand your situation to be:
   1. You have LabVIEW 7.1 installed
   2. You have a DAQCard 6024E installed
   3. For some reason the DAQCard 6024E is not working with LabVIEW.

The DAQCard 6024E needs hardware drivers to communicate with LabVIEW and the computer. The latest drivers that support this card is DAQmx 8.5. Please download this and install it.

Once the drivers are installed and you reboot then Windows should find the card and install the drivers. Now you are ready to take a look at this Getting Started site.

Thanks and have a great afternoon!
