How can I activate Mono 12/Mono16 pixel format option for Directshow compatible camera?

Hi all,

We are trying to collect 12 bit images from a monochrome Directshow compatible camera. The camera that we are using is : ZWO ASI120MM-S USB3.0 Monochrome. The only option available for pixel format in MAX is Mono8, which does not allow us to change output image type to 16 bit so that we can get 12 bit image info.  I played around changing Bayer attributes and other examples in forums but could not find a way to get an image with higher resolution than 8 bit. I am still getting the Error: 0xBFF69037  No decoder available for selected pixel format.  Is there a way of activating Mono 12 option in pixel format?

Edit: our camera is a photonfocus camera link base camera, we use NI PXIe-1037 with PXIe 1435 framegrabber
