How can I control de window menu?

I need to control de itens in the window menu that are controlled automatically by LabView. How can I do that?

Window Options are obtainable by right-clicking on your VI Icon in the upper-right corner of your Front Panel, then selecting VI Setup..., then selecting Window Options from the drop-down menu. Set your options as needed. Good Luck - Doug

I fact a need more flexibility to control the windows names inside the window menu of the application

If i got the right sense of your question, you can control menus using the functions under Application control>>Menu.
