How can I de-encrypt a file *.txt???

Ok, first of all sorry for my english I'm from Spain. I don't remember the password to see diagram blocks but I have a file call Data, where I can see users and passwords but it are encrypted. Somebody knows how de-encrypt this password.I attach this file ok???Thanks

This is very difficult. Do you have any idea how the text file was originally encrypted? Did the LV program you can't see the block diagram for create it? Mike...

I can't see the block diagram for create it, and I don't know how was encrypted the text file but I need help because is my final project of my degree, please if you can help me. Thanks

I really wish I could, but it sounds like you are pretty much hosed... Is there any way you can locate the author of the locked VI, or recreate its functionality? Where did you get the VI from in the first place? Did someone at your university create it?

I do not think there is a way to help you decrypt the passwords without knowing how they were encrypted.
