Go to "File...VI properties...Windows Appearance...Customize..."

Now configure away (e.g. hide menu bar, tool bar, title bar, scroll bars, etc. as desired). 🙂

You can access the VI properties by right clicking the VI icon and select the Window Appearance option. Here you could make your VI front panel not have the menu bar or toolbar at runtime.
