How can I do second derivative for X and Y arrays

It looks pretty clean for a single resolved peak, but for peaks with fused shoulders or valleys it become more difficult and require more filtering and fitting. Additionally, the signal noise can vary widely. I consider that I have my answer. It will require me to fit a Gaussian fit to peaks to help resolved fused peaks. Single resolved peaks can either be identified from various 2nd derivative methods or the more traditional bunching method and 1st derivatives.
