How can I numerically integrate a Pressure vs. Volume curve?

Right now I am reading data from a pressure sensor and a 1-Dimensional Rotary motion sensor to track the movement of a simple piston. I then send the data to an XY Chart Buffer and also to an array. I would like to find the resulting area enclosed by the loop. Is there a relatively straight forward way of going about this?
