How can I reset Xcontrols back to defaults?

See below for what I was suggesting. You can use a numeric control to set the value property and the slider will move to where you want it. This will also change the output value of the XControl. You could possibly use the menu event as mentioned earlier and then read the value of the XControl (now the default value after the event has executed) and use the value property to change the slider to the default value.
