How can I save Access Database when the rows of it reach a specific number?

I'm going to ask our IS about Crystal Reports, though MSAccess is already on everybody's desktop.  It's just seems a pain to learn how to do anything outside the "ordinary" (like pass parameters to, and run, a stored procedure on the SQL Server.)

I don't work in the right department to get IS to help, though - you must live right. Smiley Happy

When they give imbeciles handicap-parking, I won't have so far to walk!

I don't know how right I live, I just had to learn a little office politics. One thing going for me was that not everyone had Access on their desktop. The majority of Office licenses did not include it. So, I did a quick demo for the production and quality managers and showed them how the data could be presented and used. They showed it to some of their people and to the product managers. All of these managers saw the benefit and started requesting a full blown, company-wide application. Then, luckily, there was a talented individual in IS that was enthusiastic about implementing it and saw it as a challenge.
