How can I shut down a true or false question once it outputs a true answer?

I have a numerical value which goes into about fifteen true or false questions. If one statement is true I would like it to shut down for the next time around ( All questions inside a while loop). I also want them to be restored once the program is restarted.

Sounds like what you want to implement is a state machine. NI has an example included with LabVIEW and there's one in the Resource Library. I've also attached one as another example.
