How can i convert a array like this into decimal

I have an array like this attached file. What can i do that i can change this array in a decimal number. The array means 1111111111111 and this should be change in decimal.

What do you mean by decimal? Do you mean you want to convert from a binary form to a numeric form? And if yes, what type of numeric? A binary representation of a I8 is different that that of a U8, and these are very different from reals (dbl, sgl, etc.). If it is just boolean array to number there is a conversion function on the diagram under "Numeric", "Conversion", that converts from a boolean array to an u32 number. Of course, you will have to index your array of cluster, then convert the cluster to an array, then do the numeric conversion.

I want to convert this array i have attached the i become a number 4095. This is what the array means.

You will need more "bits" in your boolean array to convert to 4096

What's your MSB and what's your LSB?

LSB is on the first side the highest respected LED's.  And MSB is the lowest of the 4 LED's on the second side.  The two side array forming complete binary array.
