Just FYI, IMAQ wires contain a reference to an image not the image data, so shift registers would be useless.
As for ROIs, the ROI cluster consists of a global rectangle and an
array of contours. What you need to do is use the function IMAQ Group
ROIs to turn an array of ROIs, each with a single contour, into a
single ROI with several contours. Then you will see all of them.
